Your energetic body is probably one of the most overlooked aspects of your physiology, yet has a huge influence on your overall health and well-being.
Within your energetic body there are 7 main energy points that run from the base of the spine to the top of the head. These energy points influence organ function and glandular system function. While invisible, the energy points of the body are very impactful in how we feel.
Are You Out of Balance?
If your energy centers are under active or overactive your entire body can be sent out of balance. If you aren’t balanced energetically you can feel tired, sluggish, overwhelmed, burned out and even depressed. Like a bicycle with a broken chain, you can pedal hard and not get far.
In my last blog post I talked about your energetic bank roll and how your thoughts can either take away from your energy or add to it. While this is true, there are also ways to maintain your energy system and enhance your investment, and it all comes down to your focus.
Your mind is mission control for your entire internal universe – giving directions and talking to your body day in and day out. And your body is all ears listening and taking in every word. Every cell of your body hears your thoughts and acts accordingly.
It’s pretty amazing how receptive your body is to your thoughts. Focusing your mental energy is a powerful tool, which is why guided meditations can be so life enhancing.
