Tomorrow is our live gathering and I’ve got some really special things lined up for us! The timing is perfect to take inventory on what you love about your life. It’s also a great time to decide what you would love to have in your life and how you want to feel.
The best way to predict your future is to create it.
Tomorrow we will tip the scales and push momentum in the direction that is best for you. 🙂
If you haven’t registered for Saturday’s gathering, you can do so here:
There’s no better way to set the stage for the future than to get completely caught up with the present. Here are …
5 Ways to Fully Love the Present Moment:
1. Breath Into Your HeartYour heart is the center of creation. It is the portal to your soul. Often we stay stuck in the mind worrying about the future or fretting about the past. Place your hand on your heart and take 5 deep inhales and exhales. Get centered in the powerhouse that is your heart and be inspired with what it has to share with you.
2. Write or Say What You’re Grateful For
Your current emotions call your future to you. When you intentionally shift to gratitude you open up the lines to receive. This is a crucial part to allowing your dreams to come true. Write a list of what you truly are grateful for or say it out loud. Feel how your energy shifts just by giving words to what you’re grateful for.
3. Get Your Body Involved: Practice the Mudra of Creation
Your body is a the vessel for your consciousness When you move intentionally you align body, mind and soul. Practice the Mudra of Create by moving your arms in a circular motion toward you as a symbol that you are open and available. It opens your heart and lifts your energy.
4. Look Someone in the Eyes
How often do we take the time to really look into someone’s eyes without saying a word? It feels uncomfortable to many, but try it! It will put you right into the present moment and you’ll truly witness who you are with. Hold your gaze for at least 10 seconds.
5. Get Outside
Being in nature is one of the quickest ways to snap you back into the present moment. Take 5 minutes and sit outside. Lay on the grass, observe what’s around you without judging it or speaking. Being in nature gets you back to your true nature, which is calm, centered and clear.
Take the Time – You’re Worth It
Whatever you do, remember the present moment is where you create your future. It’s also where all the love and joy – in the entire universe – lives. The present moment has so much to offer you if you take the time to notice.
See you tomorrow. xo
If you can’t make it, remember you can create your own ceremony. Even by yourself, taking the time to integrate a ritual of gratitude during your day will yield amazing results in your life.
Your precious time is always well spent with an open heart and clear intentions.
With lots of love,
